Wall-mounted thermostat

Choose from WM-AU, WM-S-ECM, or CB-T-ECM wall-mounted electronic thermostats. Set your desired room temperature and the thermostat automatically switches between heating (winter) and cooling (summer) modes.

WiFi-enabled controls

Advanced options include T-MB2 and CB-Touch WiFi controls for remote adjustment via smartphone app. Modbus/KNX integration available for building automation systems, and centralised summer/winter switching when managing multiple units.

Continuous EC motor modulation

The EC motor continuously adjusts fan speed to exactly the power needed — spending most operating hours at partial speed where noise is lowest and efficiency highest. No relay chatter, no compressor cycling, no acoustic discomfort.

Minimal maintenance

The Carisma CRC-ECM is designed for low-maintenance operation. Only routine inspection and basic annual servicing are normally required to keep the unit performing efficiently.

Annual filter cleaning

Inspect and clean the polypropylene cellular filter once a year, or more frequently in dusty environments. Replace the filter if necessary to maintain proper airflow and performance.

Sealed EC motor

The EC motor and inverter electronics are fully sealed and require no lubrication or routine servicing throughout normal operation.

Condensate drain check

Check the condensate drain annually to ensure it remains free from blockages and can remove moisture efficiently during cooling operation.

Water circuit inspection

If heating or cooling performance decreases, inspect water pressure, supply temperature, and the heat exchanger. In hard-water areas, periodic descaling and a magnetic filter are recommended.

5-year warranty

The unit includes a five-year warranty covering mechanical and electrical components, subject to documented annual maintenance. Extended warranty and service packages are also available.
