Two holes through your wall (about the size of a small grapefruit) let outside air pass through the unit. Even cold winter air has heat in it. The unit takes that heat out and sends the cooler air back outside.
A pump inside the unit moves the heat into the room air. For every £1 of electricity, you get about £3 of heat — much cheaper than an electric heater.
The whole front of the unit stays cool to the touch — LST means Low Surface Temperature. If a resident leans on it or a child touches it, no burn risk. Designed specifically for vulnerable users.
Bigger than the standard Vision. Suitable for larger hotel rooms, dayrooms in care homes, decent-sized offices. Press one button to switch from heat to cool.
No outdoor condenser bolted to the building. No noisy box for residents’ gardens. Just two discreet round vents on the outside wall.

Set a maximum and minimum temperature each room can reach. Prevents both overheating and rooms being left freezing. Common in care homes for safeguarding.

1 · The pump
DC inverter compressor — runs slowly most of the time, faster when needed. R32 refrigerant, sealed at the factory.
2 · Heat exchanger
Moves heat between air and refrigerant. Same part does both jobs — heating in winter, cooling in summer.
3 · LST front panel
The differentiator. Designed to stay cool to the touch even when running. Meets Low Surface Temperature standards for vulnerable user protection.
4 · Two air pipes
Two pipes inside the unit connect to two 202 mm holes in the external wall. Round covers on the outside hide them.
5 · Smart controller + WiFi
The brain. WiFi-enabled for multi-unit central control. App talks to it from anywhere on the building’s network.
6 · Water drain
A thin pipe drains condensate to the outside. Optional condensate nebuliser available to vapourise it where outdoor drainage isn’t feasible.
Vision Titan is designed for commercial-grade duty cycles. Annual servicing recommended for warranty and reliability.
2-year manufacturer warranty
Parts and labour. Extendable to 3 years with annual service. CleverBloom handles all warranty paperwork on your behalf.
Annual service contract
For care homes and hotels, we offer fixed-price annual service contracts covering all installed units. Filter clean, refrigerant check, control panel update.
In-room filter clean
Housekeeping or maintenance staff can clean the filter in 5 minutes. We provide a card with the procedure on it for each room.
R32 refrigerant
Sealed at the factory. GWP 675 — lower climate impact than R410A (2088). Compliant with current F-gas regulations for 2026+ installations.
UK distribution
Built in Italy by Innova. Distributed in the UK by Powrmatic since 1949. Spare parts, technical support, and warranty fulfilment all handled in the UK.
Zero VAT on install
UK government has removed VAT on heat pump installations until March 2027. Saves 20% on installation cost.
