Two small holes through your wall let outside air pass through the unit. Even cold winter air has heat in it. The unit takes that heat out and sends the cooler air back outside.
A pump inside the unit moves the heat into your room air. For every £1 of electricity, you get about £3 of heat — much cheaper than an electric heater or panel.
A quiet fan blows the warm air around your room. It works best when the doors are closed — the unit heats the room it’s in, not the whole home.
Press one button on the remote and the unit cools instead. It works just like an air conditioner. Same unit, same wall, no extra kit needed.
There’s no big box outside your flat or house. Everything fits in the slim unit on your wall. That means no permission needed from a freeholder, and nothing to spoil the look of the building.
Three ways to set the temperature: a remote control (in the box), a touchscreen on the unit itself, or your phone if you prefer. Use whichever suits you.

Remote control
A small handset, comes in the box. Works like a TV remote. Press a button to turn it on, set the temperature, or switch between heat and cool. Batteries last about a year.
Touchscreen on the unit
A small screen on the front of the unit. Tap it to set the temperature. No phone needed. Useful if you misplace the remote.
Phone app (optional)
If you want to use a smartphone, the free Vision app works on iPhone and Android. Turn the unit on or off from another room, or set a weekly schedule. Skip this if you prefer the remote — it’s not required.
Weekly schedule
Set the unit to warm the room before you wake up, or cool it before you come home. Once set, it runs automatically. Change it whenever you like.
Holiday mode
Going away? One button drops the temperature to a low setting that stops the room getting too cold but keeps electricity use very low.

From first call to working unit usually takes 2–3 weeks. The fitting day itself is one day. Four steps.
Everything sits in one slim box on the wall — 81 cm wide, no outdoor unit anywhere. Six parts do the work.
1 · The pump
A small pump that moves the heat. Variable speed — runs slowly most of the time, faster when the room is cold. Uses R290 propane, a natural gas, much kinder to the planet than older types.
2 · Heat exchanger
Moves heat between the air and the pump. Same part does both jobs — warming in winter, cooling in summer. Made from aluminium and copper. Sealed at the factory, no servicing needed.
3 · The fan
Pushes warm or cool air into your room. Very quiet — 27 dB at its lowest setting, like a soft whisper. You can sleep next to it without being disturbed.
4 · Two air pipes
Two pipes inside the unit connect to two holes in the outside wall. One brings air in, one sends it out. Round covers on the outside hide them. That’s the only change to your wall.
5 · Smart controller
The brain. Decides when to turn on, how fast to run, when to switch off. Has WiFi built in so the app can talk to it. Updates happen automatically — no action needed from you.
6 · Water drain
When the unit cools the room in summer, a small amount of water collects inside. A thin pipe drains it to the outside. No bucket to empty.
Vision Compact is designed to last 15–20 years. Very little maintenance needed. Here’s what to expect.
2-year warranty
If anything goes wrong in the first 2 years, it’s fixed free. Parts and labour. CleverBloom handles the paperwork — you just call us. Extendable to 3 years if you have an annual service.
Built in Italy
Made by Innova, who’ve been building these units for over 10 years. Sold in the UK by Powrmatic since 1949. Spare parts and support handled in the UK.
Clean the filter
Lift the front cover, take out the mesh filter, wash it under the tap, dry, put back. 5 minutes. Do this once a month while it’s being used a lot, less often otherwise. The unit will remind you.
Yearly service (optional)
One visit a year by a CleverBloom engineer. Deep clean inside, check it’s running well, top up if needed. Keeps the warranty valid and stops small problems becoming big ones. Quoted separately.
R290 propane gas
The unit uses propane, a natural gas, instead of older man-made refrigerants. Much kinder to the planet. Sealed inside the unit at the factory — no risk to your home, no special handling needed.
No VAT on the install
The government has removed VAT on heat pump installations until March 2027. That saves you 20% on the install cost. CleverBloom handles the paperwork.
