At just 126 mm deep, the Sabiana Whisper CFF-ECM is designed for bedrooms, home cinemas, studios and other spaces where acoustic comfort is essential. Its compact profile delivers the performance of much larger fan coil units.

Whisper-quiet EC motor

A specially tuned brushless EC motor eliminates acoustic resonance across the full speed range. Continuous 1–10 V modulation maintains the desired room temperature without noisy on/off cycling or sudden airflow changes.

Flexible configurations

Available in five capacities with wall-mounted and concealed installation options, the CFF-ECM suits premium residential, hospitality and healthcare projects. An optional radiant heating panel adds extra winter comfort when required.

How Efficient Ultra-low EC motor consumes less than 5 W under normal operation. Optional electric radiant heating provides winter warmth without running the fan.

Simple or advanced thermostat

Choose the CB-Touch EASY for straightforward electronic control, or the CB-Touch Advanced for WiFi thermostat with Bluetooth and smartphone app access. The unit automatically heats or cools, continuously adjusting fan speed for imperceptible operation.

Silent precision control

Occupants in bedrooms, suites, and home cinemas can adjust temperature via smartphone app without hearing the unit adjust speed. No relay chatter, no compressor cycling, no acoustic interruption — just silent precision. Modbus/KNX integration available for building automation systems managing multiple units.

Optional electric radiant heating

Optional electric radiant heating panel (CFF-ECM-MVR-CB-T variant) provides winter warmth, perfect for cooling-focused systems that need low-temperature water circuits.

01 Design & chat 30 minutes · by phone Confirm the correct unit size (5 sizes available), choose the mounting variant (wall-mounted or in-wall), review water pipe routing, electrical supply location, and control strategy (manual thermostat or Bluetooth/WiFi). Optional electric heating panel requirements are also discussed before installation.

02 Fit day 4–5 hours · on site Engineer confirms wall condition and pipe routes, installs wall penetrations for chilled/hot water and condensate drainage, mounts the ultra-slim unit, connects water and electrical supplies, commissions the thermostat (manual or app-enabled), and tests cooling performance together with acoustic operation before handover.

03 Learn how to use 30 minutes · same day We walk you through thermostat operation, smartphone app control (if Bluetooth enabled), seasonal heating-to-cooling changeover, condensate drain inspection, annual filter maintenance, and the unit's silent-operation features.

Annual filter service

Inspect and clean or replace the polypropylene cellular fabric filter once a year. The EC motor and control board are sealed and require no lubrication — no specialist tools or engineer visit needed for routine upkeep.

Water circuit checks

Water connections are 1/2" BSP brass fittings with 10 bar maximum operating pressure. Check chilled water supply (7°C target) and hot water temperature (35–50°C) annually. Condensate drain should be inspected to ensure it's not blocked. Annual acoustic performance check is recommended to confirm silent operation is maintained.

5-year warranty

Sabiana Whisper CFF-ECM comes with a 5-year warranty covering all mechanical and electrical components, subject to annual maintenance documentation. Extended warranty and professional maintenance packages are available.
